Who is the coaching for?

The coaching fits if …

  • you want to regain control over your body and your health and keep developing.
  • you want clear structure instead of aimless training.
  • you’re ready to take responsibility for your progress.
  • you’re looking for a realistic, evidence-based strategy, not trends or extremes.
  • you want to integrate training and nutrition into your everyday life sustainably.
  • you’re ready to stay the course, even when things aren’t perfect.
  • you want to see measurable progress, not just “feel somehow better”.
  • you value honest feedback and clear communication.

It doesn’t fit if …

  • you only want a training plan without execution and coaching.
  • you expect quick fixes without your own effort.
  • you regularly jump between programs without following anything through.
  • you’re not willing to question and adjust your habits.
  • you’re looking for “hacks”, detoxes or short-term diets instead of sustainable strategies.
  • you have a hard time dealing with direct and honest feedback.
  • you want maximum results but don’t want to invest time and energy.
  • you’re not ready to invest in a coaching and thereby in yourself.
What does “recomposition” mean?

Recomposition means your body builds muscle while losing fat at the same time. The scale often barely moves, but the mirror and your measurements tell a very different story.

With the right strength training, enough protein and precisely managed calories, both happen at once, especially for people returning to training and those with a few years of unstructured training behind them.

What does my first month look like?
01

Week 1: Settling in

You fill out the intake questionnaire at your own pace. Based on that, I create your individualized training plan and nutrition framework, and you get access to the coaching app. From day one, you know what to do.

02

Weeks 2 and 3: Building the routine

You execute, at your pace. At the weekly check-in I see what works and what doesn’t, and adjust before anything becomes a hurdle.

03

Week 4: Reading the first results

Weight, measurements, training performance: we look at your first data together, and you see in black and white that it’s working.

How much time do I need to plan for?

Less than you think. To start, two training sessions of 30 minutes each per week and minimal meal prep effort are enough. Add the weekly check-in, which takes you about ten minutes.

More is always possible. But the coaching is built to work in stressful weeks too, not just ideal ones.

How long does a coaching run?

By default we start with six months, three at minimum. For long-term goals, twelve months is the right frame. That gives us enough time to build real, sustainable progress together instead of just a short-term effect.

The monthly rate decreases with the term; all prices are on the Services page.

Can the coaching be paused?

Yes. For a plausible reason such as an injury, longer illness or travel, the coaching can be paused for two to eight weeks.

How does payment work?

You pay monthly or the package as a whole. With a one-time payment you get a 10 % discount on the total package.

Where does the coaching take place?

Online worldwide, in English and German: coaching, check-ins and feedback run through the coaching app, WhatsApp and video calls. In Vienna, there are additionally the hybrid packages with one shared training session per week at the gym.

Does the coaching app cost extra?

No, the app costs nothing. I provide the license, and usage and app access are already included in the coaching package. You can get a look at it on the App page.

Do I need a specific app or equipment?

Just a smartphone. You get access to my coaching app, where training, nutrition, progress and our chat live in one place. No Excel sheets, no paper chaos.

Your training plan is adapted to your equipment: gym, home gym or minimal setup. Useful training accessories, such as lifting straps, we discuss individually as needed.

What’s usually still needed: a body scale, a kitchen scale and a tape measure.
