Protecting your personal data matters to me. This website is deliberately built to be data-minimal: it uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking services and no advertising networks. Fonts are served locally from this website, without any connection to third parties.

Hosting and server log files

This website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA, with an EU establishment). When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, browser type) in order to deliver the website and ensure the security of its operation. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; a data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

Contact by email

If you write to me by email, I process the data you transmit (email address, content of the message) exclusively to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Coaching application form

The application form (“Apply for coaching”) is provided via the platform of my coaching software provider (Nutrilize) and opens on an external page. I use the data entered there exclusively to process your application and get back to you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the processing on the external page, the provider’s privacy policy additionally applies.

Language preference

If you switch the language of this website, your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) so the website can show you the right language on your next visit. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to me or to third parties.

This website links to external services (e.g. Instagram, Google). When you follow these links, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.
