Pragmatic
What counts is what works in your life, not what looks prettiest in a textbook. Your plan adapts to your everyday life, not the other way around.
Chris Grindl, Strength & Lifestyle Coach from Vienna. Over 15 years in strength training, IFBB certified personal trainer.
I work with people who seriously want to move forward, without extremes and without fitness myths. My approach is built on structure, scientifically grounded methods with real-world practicality, and clear communication.
Coaching is above all about getting the basics right: training, nutrition, recovery, sleep and stress management. I’ve been dedicated to strength training and bodybuilding for over 15 years. At the IFBB Nordic Academy in Finland I completed the one-year personal trainer education, and I’ve been working as a coach and personal trainer ever since.
If you’ve had enough of fitness influencers trying to sell you the latest trends, and would rather work with someone who brings knowledge, experience and genuine people skills, you’re in the right place.
Before I became a coach, I lived many working worlds myself. That’s why I know: a plan is worthless if it only works in an ideal week.
My master’s degree in cartography and geoinformatics and my years in software development shape how I coach: look closely, measure, understand, improve.
What counts is what works in your life, not what looks prettiest in a textbook. Your plan adapts to your everyday life, not the other way around.
Decisions are based on your data and the research, not on trends. What doesn’t work gets cut.
App, tracking, analysis: I use technology so it supports you and takes work off your plate, instead of getting in your way.
Training, nutrition, sleep and stress all interlock. I build you a system out of all the parts, not isolated single measures.
Easiest in a first call: no strings attached, honest and at eye level. The first step takes you two minutes.
